Storm sign Josh Addo-Carr

Melbourne Storm have today announced the signing of Josh Addo-Carr for the next three years.

Addo-Carr will join the Club at the end of the current season in a deal that will see him wear the purple jersey until the end of 2019.

The 20-year-old winger has played four NRL games, scoring three tries and made his NRL debut against Storm in Round 7 of this season.

A Souths junior, Addo-Carr played in Cronulla's NYC team last season alongside Curtis Scott before breaking into Wests Tigers' first grade side in 2016.

His speed and try scoring ability make him an exciting addition to Craig Bellamy's side as the Club adds to its young and emerging crop of outside backs.

"We are delighted to have Josh join Melbourne Storm from 2017," Storm Football Director Frank Ponissi said.

"He is an exciting young talent and we look forward to what he will bring to our team over the next three years."

Addo-Carr will play out the remainder of the season with Wests Tigers before relocating to Melbourne to join his Storm teammates for pre-season training.
