Sam's back for a full look at NRL Round 16 teamlists - all the ins and outs and how to get the best in and worst out of your supercoach or fantasy side.

Interchange: 14. Sam Moa 15. Isaac Liu 16. Kane Evans 17. Connor Watson

In - Blake Ferguson, Aidan Guerra, Mitchell Pearce

Out - Chris Smith, Joseph Manu

Analysis - The Roosters welcome back halfback Mitchell Pearce after a long injury lay off for their clash with the Bulldogs on Friday night. Origin representatives Blake Ferguson and Aidan Guerra also return to the line up in which will improve their chances against the in-form Bulldogs. Impressive rookie Joseph Manu drops out of the side along with Chris Smith. The Roosters come off the bye after losing their last 2 matches.

Supercoach Studs - The Roosters have now finished their byes and are now worth stocking up on if you perceive any as keepers for the run home. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves (65) registered his highest score of the season, however does not fit the bill at this stage.

Supercoach Duds - Jackson Hastings (54) has held his spot in the side, with Ryan Matterson (45) relegated to 18th

man, on the plus side he has peaked this week anyway but on the downside he did offer an extra number for next week.  Jake Friend (47) is still the second best hooker option behind Cameron Smith and offers great bye coverage for Rounds 18 and 19.  ###>

1. William Hopoate 2. Brett Morris 3. Curtis Rona 23. Josh Morris 5. Sam Perrett 6. Josh Reynolds 7. Moses Mbye 8. Aiden Tolman 9. Michael Lichaa 10. James Graham 11. Josh Jackson 20. Asipeli Fine 13. David Klemmer
Interchange: 14. Sam Kasiano 15. Tony Williams 16. Danny Fualalo 19. Raymond Faitala-Mariner

In - Greg Eastwood

Out - Nil

Analysis - Canterbury were outstanding last week absolutely bulldozing the Broncos 40-14 at ANZ Stadium to make it 2 wins in a row. The Bulldogs now set their sights on bitter rivals the Roosters at Allianz Stadium, the scene of their finals exit last season, where they were blown away by the Tricolours in the second half to end their disappointing 2015 campaign. Greg Eastwood returns to the side from an ankle injury, with last week's debutant Asipeli Fine named on the extended bench. NSW centre Josh Morris has not been named to return from a groin strain which kept him out of Origin II and last week's win over Brisbane.

Supercoach Studs - Moses Mbye (96) was outstanding last week having a hand in 3 of the Bulldogs 7 tries and looking very dangerous in attack. Brett Morris (88) has a dream return from a nine month injury lay off with a hat-trick and has again been named on the wing, he could firm as a sneaky point of difference for the run home should he return to fullback. James Graham (67) is a keeper all day.

Supercoach Duds - Will Hopoate (38) remains at fullback and has been a rock for the Dogs in 2016, interesting to see if he does in fact move to centre. Josh Reynolds (38) had a quiet game but it is worth remembering he destroyed the Roosters in Round 11.

1. Darius Boyd 2. Corey Oates 11. Alex Glenn 4. James Roberts 5. Lachlan Maranta 6. Anthony Milford 7. Ben Hunt 8. Josh McGuire 9. Andrew McCullough 10. Adam Blair 16. Jaydn Sua 12. Matt Gillett 13. Corey Parker
Interchange: 14. Jarrod Wallace 15. Tevita Pangai Junior 18. Jo Ofanhengaue 3. Kodi Nikorima

In - Alex Glenn, Andrew McCullough, Lachlan Maranta

Out - Tom Opacic, Greg Eden, Herman Ese'ese

Analysis - The Broncos have now lost 4 of their last 5 after they were thrashed by the Bulldogs on Saturday night. Brisbane will have to pick up the pieces quickly as they now face bitter rivals the Melbourne Storm at Suncorp Stadium in what promises to be a classic on Friday night. Hooker Andrew McCullough returns to the side as well as Alex Glenn and Lachlan Maranta. The once competition favourites will be desperate to turn things around this week, as another loss here will see them fall out of the Top 4.

Supercoach Studs - Corey Oates (64) had a strong first half against Canterbury scoring the first try, however his form is a bit up and down to be considered a keeper given the Broncos current form. Josh McGuire (64) will be a lock for next year should he take over the famous #13 from Corey Parker.

Supercoach Duds - Corey Parker (46) has announced his retirement and many Supercoaches were feeling very sentimental and considering him from Round 19, this score might put them off.  Matt Gillett (37), Anthony Milford (29) and Ben Hunt (36) are all struggling for big scores.

1. Young Tonumaipea 2. Suliasi Vunivalu 3. Cheyse Blair 4. Ryan Morgan 5. Marika Koroibete 20. Blake Green 7. Cooper Cronk 8. Jesse Bromwich 9. Cameron Smith 10. Jordan McLean 11. Kevin Proctor 6. Tohu Harris 13. Dale Finucane
Interchange: 14. Felise Kaufusi 15. Christian Welch 12. Kenneath Bromwich 17. Ben Hampton

In - Matt White

Out - Nelson Asofa-Solomona

Analysis - Melbourne have now won 8 of their last 9 games (granted their loss to the Dragons was minus Smith and Cronk) and will not be looking to take it easy as they travel to Suncorp Stadium to take on the Broncos. Nelson Asofa-Solomona has been ruled out for 8 weeks with a knee injury and has been replaced by Matt White on the bench. Both Cameron Munster and Blake Green have again not been named due to the short turnaround, however check late mail as this is a big game for both side's Top 4 chances.

Supercoach Studs - Tohu Harris (102) scored huge despite playing five-eighth for Blake Green (DNP) however owners will be praying he returns to the forwards where he pumps out consistent scores. Cameron Smith (90) will be a must have from Round 20 as he is by far the best #9 going around.

Supercoach Duds - Cameron Munster (DNP) has again left owners hanging for the second week in a row with an ankle injury, however noting the Bellemy vs Bennett rivalry don't be stunned if he is a late inclusion. Jesse Bromwich (52) again played less minutes however the injury to Asofa-Solomona will likely see him back to big minutes this week. Suliasi Vunivalu (34) has been a weapon in the try scoring department but has almost certainly peaked and is an ideal sell this week.

1. David Fusitua 2. Tuimoala Lolohea 3. Blake Ayshford 4. Solomone Kata 5. Ken Maumalo 6. Thomas Leuluai 7. Shaun Johnson 8. Jacob Lillyman 9. Issac Luke 10. Albert Vete 11. Bodene Thompson 13. Simon Mannering 17. Charlie Gubb
Interchange: 14. Nathaniel Roache 15. Sam Lisone 16. Ben Matulino 24. Bunty Afoa

In - Nathaniel Roache

Out - Jonathan Wright

Analysis - The Warriors were desperately unlucky against the Warriors and will take plenty of confidence out of the Golden Point loss to the Sharks. Jonathan Wright has been dropped after a few key errors last week. This sees Tuimoala Lolohea return to the starting side after astonishingly being left on the bench last week, despite being one of the Warriors best in recent weeks. Simon Mannering plays game 250 for the Warriors.

Supercoach Studs - The Warriors have the bye next week so Bodene Thompson (82) Simon Mannering (77) and Shaun Johnson (72) are all holds. David Fusitua (61) owners got an amazing gift when he was moved to fullback again last week and shone, he has now peaked with a breakeven of 101pts this week. Ben Matulino (61) has regained some form coming off the bench and should regain some cash this week before being moved on for a keeper next week.

Supercoach Duds - As mentioned, Tuimoala Lolohea (17) was left on the pine for 60 minutes last week despite his great form. He has been named on the wing this week but now has a huge breakeven of 102pts.

3. Josh Hoffman 2. Anthony Don 21. Karl Lawton 4. Chris McQueen 5. Nene Macdonald 6. Tyrone Roberts 20. Cameron Cullen 8. Luke Douglas 9. Nathan Peats 10. Ryan James 11. Zeb Taia 16. Agnatius Paasi 13. Greg Bird
Interchange: 12. Leivaha Pulu 15. Ryan Simpkins 18. Lachlan Burr 19. Nathaniel Peteru

In - Will Zillman

Out - Nathan Davis

Analysis - The Titans couldn't keep pace with the Raiders on Sunday and now head across the Tasman to take on the Warriors. With both sides neck and neck on the competition ladder an away win here for the Titans would give their Top 8 chances an almighty boost with 6 rounds remaining. William Zillman returns to fullback, with Josh Hoffman moving to centre to replace Nathan Davis who will miss the rest of the season after suffering a badly dislocated ankle against the Raiders.

Supercoach Studs - Ryan James (98) is an absolute weapon and now the highest scoring player in Supercoach. Who would have thought? He is going to cost big $$ if you want him in at the moment, so best to show some patience if you want him for your final 17.

Supercoach Duds - Nathan Peats (42) is a bit up and down with the presence of Nathan Friend on the bench. If you haven't already, Nathan Davis (2) as mentioned is now a sell and won't be back this season.

1. James Tedesco 2. David Nofoaluma 3. Tim Simona 4. Kevin Naiqama 5. Jordan Rankin 6. Mitchell Moses 7. Luke Brooks 8. Aaron Woods 9. Dene Halatau 10. Sauaso Sue 11. Josh Aloiai 12. Chris Lawrence 13. Elijah Taylor
Interchange: 14. Tim Grant 15. Ava Seumanufagai 16. Robbie Farah 17. Kyle Lovett

In - Robbie Farah

Out - Nil

Analysis - The Jekyl and Hide Tigers host the Panthers at ANZ Stadium and will be looking to replicate what they offered in the second half against the Melbourne Storm whom they almost ran down on Sunday. Robbie Farah returns from Origin duty and has again been named on the bench by Jason Taylor.

Supercoach Studs - James Tedesco (67) is a weapon and is a must for the run home. The downside is that if he explodes again this week then Laurie Daley will have no choice but to pick him for the Blues. Luke Brooks (99) was outstanding in the second half for Tigers but like their form is up and down.

Supercoach Duds - Elijah Taylor (34) has had to move to hooker from his preferred lock position. Aaron Woods (48) is not a keeper option this year.

1. Matt Moylan 2. Josh Mansour 3. Waqa Blake 4. Tyrone Peachey 5. Dallin Watene Zelezniak 6. Bryce Cartwright 7. Nathan Cleary 20. Sam McKendry 9. Peter Wallace 10. Regan Campbell-Gillard 11. Isaah Yeo 12. Trent Merrin 17. James Fisher-Harris
Interchange: 15. Jeremy Latimore 16. Chris Grevsmuhl 8. Leilani Latu 19. Zak Hardaker

In - Nil

Out - Nil

Analysis - Penrith have again made no changes to their winning formula, having won their last two matches. The Panthers will be on their toes against the attack minded Tigers and will be looking to match them in what should be an exciting match up. Expect Bryce Cartwright, Matt Moylan and Josh Mansour to all looking for strong games in order to play Origin III.

Supercoach Studs - Bryce Cartwright (117) was outstanding against the Panthers and is a lock for the run home Origin or no Origin. Trent Merrin (88) is one of the best buys this week and is a certain keeper since he has returned to 80 minutes. Nathan Cleary (61) has been unreal, already climbing $73k and is due for another $70k if he can hold his form.

Supercoach Duds - Tyrone Peachey (39) and Matt Moylan (39) had quieter games by their standards but are still good point of differences in the last 6 rounds before finals.

1. Ben Barba 2. Sosaia Feki 3. Jack Bird 14. Ricky Leutele 4. Gerard Beale 6. James Maloney 7. Chad Townsend 8. Andrew Fifita 9. Michael Ennis 16. Matt Prior 11. Luke Lewis 12. Wade Graham 13. Paul Gallen
Interchange: 10. Sam Tagataese 15. Chris Heighington 16. Jayson Bukuya 17. Joseph Paulo

In - Sosaia Feki

Out - Nil

Analysis - It promises to be an historic night at Shark Park as they look to break the club record for most wins in a row against the Eels. The Sharks welcome back Sosaia Feki to the wing in their only change to the side that defeated the Warriors in Golden Point, which sees Ricky Leutele go back to the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Andrew Fifita (82) and Paul Gallen (72) will be must haves post Origin III from Round 19. Prepare some coin.

Supercoach Duds - James Maloney (38) had another quiet game and has only averaged 54pts so far in 2016. Ben Barba (22) scored his second score in the 20's in a row and is now a sell if you have cover next week. Superb buy at $184k at the start of 2016.

1. Michael Gordon 2. Semi Radradra 3. Michael Jennings 4. Clinton Gutherson 5. Bevan French 6. Ken Edwards 7. Corey Norman 8. Daniel Alvaro 9. Isaac De Gois 10. Danny Wicks 11. Manu Ma'u 12. Beau Scott 13. Tepai Moeroa
Interchange: 14. Cody Nelson 15. Peni Terepo 16. David Gower 17. Rory O'Brien

In - Michael Jennings, Cody Nelson

Out - Vai Toutai, Kaysa Pritchard

Analysis - Parramatta return from the bye in more turmoil if that was even possible, with Semi Radradra named but as of yet has not returned from Fiji or possibly France. Second to that Keiran Foran has had the captaincy stripped and been provided with a show cause notice. In some good news Michael Jennings returns from NSW representative duties and former captain Tim Mannah is reportedly pushing to be a late inclusion.

Supercoach Studs - Semi Radradra (90) was outstanding against the Rabbitohs last start and has been named but will he return from Fiji? Manu M'au (51) and Michael Gordon (72) continue to offer great coverage for Round 18 and 19. Bevan French (51) is projected for another $25k if he can again find the stripe.

Supercoach Duds - Pressure will again be on Corey Norman (43) to lead the Eels to victory over the Sharks.

1. Jack Wighton 2. Brenko Lee 3. Jarrod Croker 4. Joseph Leilua 5. Jordan Rapana 6. Blake Austin 7. Aidan Sezer 16. Paul Vaughan 9. Josh Hodgson 10. Shannon Boyd 11. Josh Papalii 12. Elliot Whitehead 18. Shaun Fensom
Interchange: 14. Kurt Baptiste 8. Junior Paulo 13. Luke Bateman 17. Joseph Tapine

In - Nil

Out - Nil

Analysis - Canberra return to GIO Stadium for the first time since Round 13 where they host the struggling Knights. The Raiders have made no changes to the side that defeated the Titans last Sunday and now look forward to turning their home ground back into a fortress as they now have their next 3 matches in Canberra.

Supercoach Studs - Jarrod Croker (99) exploded back into form and could go large this week against the Knights who have by far the worst defence in the competition.

Supercoach Duds - Josh Hodgson (47) and Joseph Leilua (44) posted low scores last week but should the Raiders have a day out they will be at the forefront. Leilua is a solid captain choice this week due to the fact a NSW birth could follow.

1. Dane Gagai 2. Nathan Ross 20. Jake Mamo 4. Peter Mata'utia 5. Brendan Elliott 6. Jack Cogger 7. Trent Hodkinson 15. Robbie Rochow 14. Tyler Randell 10. Korbin Sims 3. Sione Mata'utia 12. Mitchell Barnett 13. Jeremy Smith
Interchange: 9. Danny Levi 8. Sam Mataora 16. Daniel Saifiti 22. Josh King

In - Nil

Out - Nil

Analysis - Newcastle are unchanged despite falling to their ninth loss in a row against the Dragons last Saturday. Newcastle travel to a very chilly Canberra looking for an ambush and will need to dramatically improve their defence from last week if they are to worry the home side.

Supercoach Studs - Mitch Barnett (94) played the best game of his career and now comes up against the club he just left in the Raiders, he has an amazing breakeven of -41 and will likely play big minutes again. Robbie Rochow (64) has made a successful return from injury but cannot be considered given the Knights poor season. Nathan Ross (64) scored one of the most amazing tries ever seen at Hunter Stadium and has been a shining light for the Knights so far this season.

Supercoach Duds - Jack Cogger (35) is under pressure to keep his spot at five-eighth with the returns of Brock Lamb (DNP) and Will Pearsell (DNP) from injury this week.

1. Cody Walker 2. Alex Johnston 3. Greg Inglis 4. Aaron Gray 5. Joe Burgess 6. Luke Keary 7. Adam Reynolds 8. Thomas Burgess 9. Cameron McInnes 10. Nathan Brown 11. John Sutton 12. Kyle Turner 13. Sam Burgess
Interchange: 14. Tautalatasi Tasi 15. Jason Clark 22. Damien Cook 17. David Tyrrell

In - Adam Reynolds, Jack Gosiewski

Out - Ed Murphy, Patrice Siolo

Analysis - South Sydney welcome back NSW halfback Adam Reynolds for their clash with the Cowboys in Cairns in what promises to be an early rehearsal for Origin III with Queensland counterpart Jonathan Thurston. The Rabbitohs left it too late against the Panthers and know their season is on the line at Barlow Park. Cody Walker shifts back to fullback, with Aaron Gray to the centres for Ed Murphy. Jack Gosiewski returns to the 17 for Patrice Siolo.

Supercoach Studs - Cody Walker (100) has been phenomenal and looks like a bonus keeper at this rate. Sam Burgess (101) scored 2 late tries but looks to be a safe captain choice against the Cowboys pack. Greg Inglis (78) has averaged over 70pts in his last 5 games and is owned by only 7.2% of teams.

Supercoach Duds - Luke Keary (28) made just 3 runs and missed 4 tackles. He could see some time in NSW Cup after signing with bitter rivals the Roosters for next year.

1. Lachlan Coote 2. Kyle Feldt 3. Justin O'Neill 20. Javid Bowen 5. Antonio Winterstein 6. Ray Thompson 7. Johnathan Thurston 8. Matthew Scott 9. Jake Granville 10. James Tamou 11. Gavin Cooper 12. Ethan Lowe 13. Jason Taumalolo
Interchange: 14. Rory Kostjasyn 15. John Asiata 16. Scott Bolton 17. Ben Hannant

In - Ray Thompson

Out - Patrick Kaufusi

Analysis - The Cowboys have a few changes this week with Ray Thompson coming back into the side a five-eighth, with Rory Kostjasyn moving back to the interchange bench. Centre Kane Linnett has been named despite suffering a suspected torn calf against the Sea Eagles, if he is out then expect Javid Bowen to come into the starting side.

Supercoach Studs - Jason Taumalolo (113) was enormous against the Sea Eagles and could be a handy player to have in your final squad. Jonathan Thurston (88) bounced back as suspected last week and will be an absolute bargain come Round 20.

Supercoach Duds - Ethan Lowe (29) has averaged less than 50pts in the last 3 matches and an outside chance of getting a call up for Origin III.

3. Tom Trbojevic 2. Jorge Taufua 5. Brayden Wiliame 4. Dylan Walker 18. Matthew Wright 6. Jamie Lyon 7. Daly Cherry-Evans 8. Darcy Lussick 9. Apisai Koroisau 10. Martin Taupau 11. Nathan Green 12. Jamie Buhrer 13. Jake Trbojevic
Interchange: 14. Lewis Brown 15. Josh Starling 16. Addin Fonua-blake 17. Luke Burgess

In - Nil

Out - Nil

Analysis - Manly are unchanged after pushing North Queensland all the way in Townsville on Monday night. Despite the loss the performance was one of the Sea Eagles best and they will take enormous confidence out the performance as they return home to Brookvale Oval for their second Monday night game in a row.

Supercoach Studs - Tom Trbojevic (80) is absolutely killing it and once he moves to fullback in the future he will be a straight up keeper. In theory he is a great pick up for the run home, however as mentioned last week he is due for ankle surgery and there is specualation that if Manly fall out of contention he could go early.  Addin Fonua-Blake (86) scored 2 tries in a great effort from the rookie. Daly Cherry-Evans (64) was in many Supercoaches plans early, will he come good?

Supercoach Duds - Jake Trbojevic (50) had a quiet game by his standards which means he should drop in price for those who don't own him. Dylan Walker (34) should see another decent price rise this week.

1. Josh Dugan 2. Kalifa Faifai Loa 3. Euan Aitken 4. Timoteo Lafai 5. Jason Nightingale 6. Gareth Widdop 7. Benji Marshall 8. Leeson Ah Mau 9. Mitch Rein 10. Russell Packer 11. Tyson Frizell 12. Joel Thompson 13. Jack de Belin
Interchange: 14. Tariq Sims 15. Jacob Host 16. Dunamis Lui 17. Jake Marketo

In - Tariq Sims

Out - Nil

Analysis - The Dragons travel to Brookvale Oval on Monday night with their tails up after winning their last 2 games on the trot. The Saints had their best attacking display of the year against the hapless Knights and welcome back Tariq Sims this week, which sees Jack De Belin return to the starting side and rookie Jacob Host to start from the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Benji Marshall (121) turned back the clock against the Dragons..but it was the Knights. Euan Aitken (105) is firming as a keeper or at least a reserve in your final squad.

Supercoach Duds - Tyson Frizell (38) was outstanding in Origin and was given less minutes with the game over early on. Will be a lock for NSW next week.
