Sam's weekly look at all the teamlists ahead of Round 21 - the ins, outs and all the supercoach advice you need!
1. Blake Ferguson 2. Daniel Tupou 3. Dale Copley 4. Shaun Kenny-Dowall 5. Latrell Mitchell 6. Connor Watson 7. Mitchell Pearce 8. Isaac Liu 9. Jake Friend 10. Dylan Napa 11. Boyd Cordner 12. Mitchell Aubusson 13. Sio Siua Taukeiaho
Interchange: 14. Sam Moa 15. Aidan Guerra 16. Ryan Matterson 17. Kane Evans
In - Dale Copley
Out - Jared Waerea-Hargreaves
Analysis - Last year's Minor Premiers have certainly improved in recent weeks, however the reality is they have now lost their last 6 matches. The Roosters host an out of form Brisbane side and will fancy their chances at Allianz Stadium. Jared Warea-Hargreaves is out, which sees Dale Copley come back into the side at centre, with Mitch Aubusson moving back to the forwards.
Supercoach Studs - Boyd Cordner (70) has been very solid since returning from injury and has an average of around 64pts for the season. Has pretty strong base stats and is handy for the odd try running strong lines. Owned by less than 3% of teams.
Supercoach Duds - Latrell Mitchell (21) is not working out as cover in the backs and has been named on the wing for the second week in a row.
1. Darius Boyd 2. Corey Oates 3. Tom Opacic 4. James Roberts 5. Lachlan Maranta 6. Anthony Milford 7. Ben Hunt 16. Jai Arrow 9. Andrew McCullough 10. Adam Blair 11. Alex Glenn 18. Jaydn Sua 13. Corey Parker
Interchange: 8. Jarrod Wallace 14. Herman Essese 15. Tevita Pangai Junior 17. Jo Ofanhengaue
In - Matt Gillett, Herman Ese'ese
Out - Josh McGuire, Sam Thaiday
Analysis - The Broncos were out played by the Panthers at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night and it's back to the drawing board for Wayne Bennett's men. A loss to the Roosters could see their place in the Top 8 come under siege with a number of clubs breathing down their neck. The Broncos welcome back Matt Gillett, however the task of defeating the Roosters got a little bit more difficult this week, having lost Queensland forwards Sam Thaiday and Josh McGuire to suspension.
Supercoach Studs - Anthony Milford (61) finally racked up a decent score which will give owners a big sigh of relief. James Roberts (51) has really hit some form, scoring some sensational long range tries despite the Broncos slump. He has averaged 70pts in the last 3 rounds and if the Broncos do find their feet then look out.
Supercoach Duds - Ben Hunt (36) has come under criticism of late which tends to happen to the #7 when things don't go well. Corey Oates (14) went from the penthouse to the outhouse this week.
1. William Hopoate 2. Brett Morris 3. Josh Morris 4. Curtis Rona 5. Sam Perrett 6. Josh Reynolds 7. Moses Mbye 8. Aiden Tolman 9. Michael Lichaa 10. James Graham 11. Josh Jackson 12. Greg Eastwood 13. David Klemmer
Interchange: 14. Sam Kasiano 15. Danny Fualalo 16. Tim Browne 17. Raymond Faitala-Mariner

Analysis - Canterbury were embarrassed last week against a scintillating Cowboys outfit, who took them out of the game in the first half. Des Hasler hasn't hit the panic button just yet, making no changes and hoping his side will hit back in spades against the Dragons at ANZ Stadium.
Supercoach Studs - Josh Jackson (66) put up a great effort against the Cowboys as he is a tackling machine and the Dogs had no ball. Due to not being a dual position player this year he has limited appeal in 2016.
Supercoach Duds - Brett Morris (19) crashed back to earth after scoring 7 tries in 3 games, he is a definite hold this week against his former club the Dragons and the Knights the following week, then re-assess for head to head finals. James Graham (51) put in his second lowest score of the year but certainly the effort was there and he will bounce back. Moses Mbye (26) could be in for a run in the next fortnight against the two worst defensive sides.
1. Adam Quinlan 2. Kurt Mann 3. Euan Aitken 4. Taane Milne 5. Jason Nightingale 6. Gareth Widdop 7. Benji Marshall 8. Russell Packer 17. Jake Marketo 10. Michael Cooper 11. Tyson Frizell 12. Joel Thompson 13. Jack de Belin
Interchange: 14. Tariq Sims 15. Will Matthews 16. Jacob Host 9. Mitch Rein
In - Jacob Host, Will Matthews
Out - Leeson Ah Mau
Analysis - The Dragons were pretty awful against the Tigers and do not at this stage look like a side that will be appearing in the finals this season. Despite losing their last 3 matches, the Dragons will be up for getting their season back on track against their bitter rivals the Bulldogs. Prop Leeson Ah Mau has been suspended for 3 weeks which sees Will Matthews and Jacob Host return to the 17.
Supercoach Studs - Euan Aitken (77) is killing it with the base stats and has three round average of 66pts. Taane Milne (97) is the cheapie of the week for those with plenty of trades, although he may have a tougher time with attacking stats when he comes up against Josh Morris this week.
Supercoach Duds - Tyson Frizell (40) moving back to the backrow had no effect of his points. Better options.
1. Tuimoala Lolohea 2. Ken Maumalo 3. David Fusitua 4. Solomone Kata 5. Manu Vatuvei 6. Thomas Leuluai 7. Shaun Johnson 8. Jacob Lillyman 9. Issac Luke 20. Albert Vete 18. Bodene Thompson 12. Ryan Hoffman 13. Simon Mannering
Interchange: 14. Jazz Tevaga 15. Sam Lisone 10. Ben Matulino 17. Blake Ayshford
In - Jacob Lilyman
Out - Charlie Gubb
Analysis - In an incredible run of bad luck the Warriors managed to lose their third match in a row in Golden Point, this time against the Raiders in Canberra on Saturday afternoon. In a positive move, Andrew McFadden has responded by returning Tuimoala Lolohea to the starting side at fullback, with David Fusitu'a moving to centre and Blake Ayshford dropping to the bench. Rookie backrower Bunty Afoa will again start in the absence of Bodene Thompson who is again out with an ankle injury. Ben Matulino has been named to start at prop, with James Gavet moving to the bench
Supercoach Studs - Bunty Afoa (55) has been an incredible late season buy and should again see another decent price rise this week. Shaun Johnson (85) is a must and racked up another impressive score without scoring a try. Simon Mannering (77) continues to churn out reliable scores now that he is back playing at lock.
Supercoach Duds - Issac Luke (44) had a quieter game but continues to hold the goalkicking duties, so is still not the worst choice behind Cameron Smith at hooker.
1. Matt Moylan 2. Josh Mansour 3. Waqa Blake 4. Tyrone Peachey 5. Dallin Watene Zelezniak 6. Bryce Cartwright 7. Nathan Cleary 8. Leilani Latu 9. Peter Wallace 10. Suaia Matagi 11. Isaah Yeo 12. James Fisher-Harris 13. Trent Merrin
Interchange: 14. Moses Leota 15. Sitaleki Akauola 16. Chris Grevsmuhl 17. Zak Hardaker

Analysis - The Panthers are looking to make it 3 wins on the trot when they make the trip across the Tasman to face a desperate Warriors outfit, who as mentioned have lost their last three games in heartbreaking circumstances. Penrith have again made no changes to the side that upset the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium last round.
Supercoach Studs - Trent Merrin (122) was outstanding against the Broncos, with his best performance for the club. Merrin has emerged as the most consistent captain choice having averaged a tick under 85pts in his last 3 games. Matt Moylan (93) is a great point of difference and the Panthers have an attractive run home and should really make a decent late run.
Supercoach Duds - Josh Mansour (48) and Bryce Cartwright (44) were below average, they will bounce back. Look for Cartwright to switch back to the forwards with young gun Te Maire Martin nearing a return to the top grade.
1. Michael Gordon 2. Vai Toutai 19. John Folau 4. Brad Takairangi 5. Bevan French 6. Clinton Gutherson 7. Jeff Robson 17. Daniel Alvaro 9. Isaac De Gois 10. Tim Mannah 11. Ken Edwards 12. Tepai Moeroa 15. Peni Terepo
Interchange: 14. Rory O'Brien 18. Kaysa Pritchard 16. David Gower 8. Danny Wicks
In - Beau Scott, Vai Toutai
Out - Bureta Faraimo, Cody Nelson
Analysis - The Eels tumultuous season looks to be destined to finish in mid-table mediocrity after they were defeated by the Titans 34-14 at CBUS Stadium. Parramatta now return to ANZ Stadium to host the local derby against the Tigers on Saturday evening. Beau Scott returns in a big boost to the side, while Vai Toutai comes in for Bureta Faraimo.
Supercoach Studs -Clint Gutherson (83) has been a revelation at five-eighth for the Eels and has emerged as a point of difference, averaging just over 96pts since moving there. Bevan French (49) managed to score another super try on the weekend, but as we all know his base stats are very bad if he misses out on tries.
Supercoach Duds - Manu M'au (41) has been named at centre and faces a one week suspension, both he and Michael Gordon (32) have done their bye period duties and need to go.
1. James Tedesco 2. David Nofoaluma 3. Tim Simona 4. Kevin Naiqama 5. Jordan Rankin 6. Mitchell Moses 7. Luke Brooks 8. Aaron Woods 9. Dene Halatau 10. Sauaso Sue 11. Josh Aloiai 12. Chris Lawrence 13. Elijah Taylor
Interchange: 14. Kyle Lovett 15. Ava Seumanufagai 16. Tim Grant 17. Joel Edwards

Analysis - No changes to the side that defeated the Dragons on Sunday. The Tigers now head back to ANZ Stadium where they face the Eels in a huge match for their Top 8 charge. The Tigers made a huge amount of errors last start but they are certainly an entertaining side to watch with their free flowing attack.
Supercoach Studs -Mitchell Moses (88) was outstanding for the Tigers last week and will be looking to put together another match winning performance. Aaron Woods (76) bounced back to what we would expect, however we would need to see a few more scores like this for him to be a late season purchase.
Supercoach Duds - James Tedesco (35) scored a try but was very quiet against the Dragons, which destroyed many team's head to head match ups.
1. Lachlan Coote 2. Javid Bowen 3. Justin O'Neill 4. Kane Linnett 5. Antonio Winterstein 6. Michael Morgan 7. Rory Kostjasyn 8. Matthew Scott 9. Jake Granville 10. James Tamou 11. Gavin Cooper 12. Ethan Lowe 13. Jason Taumalolo
Interchange: 14. Ray Thompson 15. John Asiata 16. Scott Bolton 17. Ben Hannant
In - Ray Thompson
Out - Jonathan Thurston
Analysis - The Cowboys host the Melbourne Storm in the match of the round. North Queensland have suffered a huge blow with captain Jonathan Thurston ruled out with a hamstring strain, Ray Thompson comes into the side at halfback. The Cowboys were sensational against the Bulldogs in what coach Paul Green labeled their most complete performance of the season.
Supercoach Studs -Jason Taumalolo (76) was extremely strong for the Cowboys but as discussed previously the consistent scores may be an issue, Javid Bowen (61) gave owners a huge boost scoring a try and rising just short of $22k, he has a very low breakeven of -22 this week.
Supercoach Duds - Jonathan Thurston (72) is out this week and expected to miss next week, however the Cowboys are not giving away much.
1. Cameron Munster 2. Suliasi Vunivalu 3. Will Chambers 4. Cheyse Blair 5. Marika Koroibete 6. Blake Green 7. Cooper Cronk 8. Jesse Bromwich 9. Cameron Smith 15. Christian Welch 11. Kevin Proctor 12. Tohu Harris 13. Dale Finucane
Interchange: 14. Kenneath Bromwich 10. Felise Kaufusi 16. Ben Hampton 24. Tim Glasby

Analysis - Melbourne have made no changes to the side that defeated the Roosters last weekend and will be very keen to test themselves in an absolute blockbuster match up against the in-form Cowboys. The Storm are looking to make it 5 wins in a row and sit just two points away from the ladder leading Sharks.
Supercoach Studs - Tohu Harris (89) has continued his great scores since moving back to the forwards and is a must. Cameron Munster (72) and Cameron Smith (99) are also paramount.
Supercoach Duds - Jesse Bromwich (52) is capable of some big scores but has been very inconsistent with minutes, in such a big game surely he will be vital.
1. Cody Walker 2. Alex Johnston 16. Angus Crichton 4. Aaron Gray 5. Michael Oldfield 6. Luke Keary 7. Adam Reynolds 8. George Burgess 9. Cameron McInnes 10. Zane Musgrove 11. John Sutton 12. Kyle Turner 13. Sam Burgess
Interchange: 14. Jason Clark 15. Nathan Brown 19. Damien Cook 20. Jack Gosiewski
In - Michael Oldfield, Zane Musgrove
Out - Joe Burgess
Analysis - South Sydney have now lost 7 matches on the trot and are now playing for pride when they host the Raiders at ANZ Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Zane Musgrove has been named to start at prop, his first NRL game since Round 1. Joe Burgess has been replaced on the wing by Michael Oldfield who returns from injury.
Supercoach Studs - Cody Walker (65) and Sam Burgess (83) are the only relevant Bunnies players at this stage.
Supercoach Duds - Angus Critchton (18) was impressive on debut but was only given limited minutes at the end of the match by Michael Maguire. Looks like a player to look out for next year.
1. Jack Wighton 2. Edrick Lee 3. Jarrod Croker 4. Joseph Leilua 5. Jordan Rapana 6. Blake Austin 7. Aidan Sezer 8. Junior Paulo 9. Josh Hodgson 10. Shannon Boyd 11. Josh Papalii 12. Elliot Whitehead 16. Iosia Soliola
Interchange: 14. Adam Clydsdale 15. Luke Bateman 19. Clay Priest 17. Joseph Tapine
In - Josh Papalii, Luke Bateman
Out - Clay Priest, Kurt Baptiste
Analysis - Canberra have gone with the exact same team they won in Golden Point over the Warriors last week, which propelled the Green Machine into the Top 4 for the first time in over 13 years. Canberra have some tough matches coming up and a win here would really put them in the frame for not only the finals but perhaps even a Top 4 finish.
Supercoach Studs - Jarrod Croker (141) was sensational for the home side against the Warriors securing a hat trick in Golden Point to seal victory. Croker has averaged over 92pts in his last five matches. Joseph Leilua (106) exploded back onto the Supercoach radar with a typical tackle busting performance. Josh Papalii (102) is a real point of difference and will be the key to the Raiders Top 4 chances.
Supercoach Duds - Jack Wighton (38) couldn't get in on the tries this week but is still not a bad option for the run home. Josh Hodgson (54) has done his dash and with Adam Clydsdale (6) now running cover it's unlikely he will get on another run.
1. Tom Trbojevic 2. Jorge Taufua 3. Lewis Brown 4. Brayden Wiliame 5. Matthew Wright 20. Dylan Walker 7. Daly Cherry-Evans 8. Darcy Lussick 9. Apisai Koroisau 10. Martin Taupau 11. Nathan Green 12. Jamie Buhrer 13. Jake Trbojevic
Interchange: 14. Blake Leary 15. Josh Starling 17. Siosaia Vave 22. Addin Fonua-blake 18. Addin Fonua-blake

Analysis - Manly are making a late charge towards the Top 8, winning their last 3 matches. The Sea Eagles return to Brookvale Oval and host the last placed Knights, a win here could push them on the edge of the Top 8 with six rounds remaining.
Supercoach Studs - Tom Trbojevic (74) piled on 68pts in the first half however went missing in the second half. Nonetheless he could have a field day of Ben Barba proportions come Sunday. Jamie Buhrer (80) is a red hot option for the run home, having averaged 82pts in the last three weeks.
Supercoach Duds - Daly Cherry-Evans (45) just hasn't fired this season.
1. Jake Mamo 2. Nathan Ross 3. Dane Gagai 4. Peter Mata'utia 5. Brendan Elliott 6. Jack Cogger 7. Trent Hodkinson 8. Josh King 9. Danny Levi 10. Korbin Sims 11. David Bhana 12. Pauli Pauli 13. Jeremy Smith
Interchange: 14. Chris Adams 19. Mickey Paea 16. Daniel Saifiti 17. Jacob Saifiti
In - Daniel Saifiti, David Bhana, Jack Cogger, Jake Mamo
Out - Jarrod Mullen, Mitchell Barnett
Analysis - Newcastle are no doubt putting in the effort and did their best to stay with the Sharks early before being blown away. This week will get a little bit tougher with five-eighth Jarrod Mullen again out injured, he is replaced by Jack Cogger. In form recruit Mitchell Barnett will also miss the match after being suspended for two weeks for a shoulder charge.
Supercoach Studs - Mitch Barnett (66) was the only Supercoach Stud at the Knights for some time. Owners will be shattered with his suspension and will now have to weigh up if they can wait the 2 weeks for one more price rise.
Supercoach Duds - Dane Gagai (18) moves back to his preferred centre position this week after a barren stint at fullback.
1. David Mead 2. Anthony Don 3. Josh Hoffman 4. Konrad Hurrell 5. Nene Macdonald 6. Tyrone Roberts 7. Ashley Taylor 8. Luke Douglas 18. Ryan Simpkins 10. Ryan James 11. Zeb Taia 12. Chris McQueen 13. Greg Bird
Interchange: 14. Eddy Pettybourne 15. Leivaha Pulu 16. Agnatius Paasi 17. Cameron Cullen
In - Greg Bird, Ryan Simpkins
Out - Nathan Friend
Analysis - The seventh placed Titans are humming along nicely for their first finals appearance since 2010. Gold Coast host the competition leaders the Sharks, with NSW representative Greg Bird returning from suspension at lock, with Ryan Simpkins coming into the 17 for Nathan Friend. Hooker Nathan Peats has been named but faces a late fitness test prior to taking his place in the squad.
Supercoach Studs - Konrad Hurrell (104) is back! Well done for those who took him on last week where he made owners a cool $47k and is projected for another $43k with another strong performance.
Supercoach Duds - Ryan James (46) is a sell and is leaking cash big time.
1. Ben Barba 2. Sosaia Feki 3. Jack Bird 4. Gerard Beale 5. Valentine Holmes 6. James Maloney 7. Chad Townsend 8. Andrew Fifita 9. Michael Ennis 16. Matt Prior 11. Luke Lewis 12. Wade Graham 13. Paul Gallen
Interchange: 14. Joseph Paulo 15. Chris Heighington 10. Sam Tagataese 17. Jayson Bukuya
In - James Maloney
Out - Fa'amanu Brown
Analysis - Cronulla reached win number 15 against the Knights and will be looking to further extend their winning streak at CBUS Stadium in Monday night football. James Maloney returns at five-eighth replacing Fa'amanu Brown in their only change.
Supercoach Studs - Ben Barba (125), Jack Bird (113) and Valentine Holmes (97) are all weapons and if you had all 3 last week you obviously went massive.
Supercoach Duds - Andrew Fifita (56) and Paul Gallen (44) were extremely underwhelming but will be heavily involved in the weeks to come.
