The Tigers are currently the form team of the competition, after back to back wins over the Roosters and the defending premiers the Melbourne Storm. The Broncos have had a mixed start to the season with a loss to the Dragons and a close win over bitter rivals the Cowboys last week. The Tigers have one change with Matt McIlwrick to start at hooker, with Pita Godinet starting from the pine. The Broncos have big off season recruit and NSW centre Jack Bird making his debut for the club, named to start at centre in jersey #19. This sees Tom Opacic move to the interchange, with Jaydn Su’a dropping out of the 17. Can the Tigers keep their early season for going? Or will the Broncos fire with the debut of Jack Bird?
