South Sydney Rabbitohs v Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles
ANZ Stadium - Friday 7:35pm
1. Greg Inglis 2. Alex Johnston 3. Dylan Walker 4. Bryson Goodwin 5. Aaron Gray 6. Luke Keary 7. Adam Reynolds 8. Thomas Burgess 9. Cameron McInnes 10. David Tyrrell 11. Chris McQueen 12. John Sutton 13. Ben Lowe
Interchange: 14. Nathan Brown 15. Chris Grevsmuhl 16. Tim Grant 17. George Burgess
Changes from Last Round
In -Inglis, Grant Out - Olive, Clark
Analysis - Souths are fresh off the bye and will be looking to hit back immediately against the Sea Eagles. Captain Greg Inglis returns in a huge boost for the side and his form for Queensland should give his side more confidence. Another positive is Adam Reynolds playing his second game after injury but key player Issac Luke has not been named.
Supercoach Studs - George Burgess (60) is still a hold but has been poor this season considering his form in 2015. Chris Grevsmuhl (40) is the gift that keeps on giving and is a hold for this round.
Supercoach Duds - Adam Reynolds (32) didn't set the world on fire against the Tigers but will bounce back in the coming weeks. High breakeven this week and will be a bargain in Round 19 for the run home.
1. Brett Stewart 2. Jorge Taufua 3. Peta Hiku 4. Steve Matai 5. Tom Trbojevic 6. Kieran Foran 7. Daly Cherry-Evans 8. Jake Trbojevic 9. Matt Ballin 10. Luke Burgess 11. Feleti Mateo 12. Tom Symonds 13. Dunamis Lui
Interchange: 14. James Hasson 15. Willie Mason 16. Josh Starling 17. Ligi Sao 18. Justin Horo
Changes from Last Round
In - Horo (extended bench) Out - Nil
Analysis - Manly have started to find form and made no changes to the side that defeated the Tigers on Friday night. They have been lead by their brilliant halves Keiran Foran and Daly Cherry-Evans and head into this match against rivals the Rabbitohs with their tails up and will be looking to make a statement against last year's premiers.
Supercoach Studs - Daly Cherry-Evans (81) has been one of the premier halfbacks in Supercoach and is only owned by 7% of teams. Kieran Foran (92) was outstanding against the Tigers.
Supercoach Duds - Josh Starling (15) is starting from the bench coming back from a long term injury, likewise Willie Mason (26) who looks to be again playing for another NRL contract this season.
Brisbane Broncos v Newcastle Knights
Suncorp Stadium - Friday 7:35pm
1. Darius Boyd 2. Jordan Kahu 3. Jack Reed 4. Justin Hodges 5. Lachlan Maranta 6. Anthony Milford 7. Ben Hunt 8. Josh McGuire 9. Andrew McCullough 10. Adam Blair 11. Alex Glenn 12. Matt Gillett 13. Corey Parker
Interchange: 14. Jarrod Wallace 15. Mitchell Dodds 16. Corey Oates 17. Matt Parcell
Changes from Last Round
In - Parker, Hodges Out - Thaiday, Vidot
Analysis - The Broncos welcome back Origin duo Corey Parker at lock and Justin Hodges at centre. Sam Thaiday has been rested this week and Daniel Vidot makes way for Hodges. Brisbane's defence was outstanding against the Storm and they will be looking to further enhance their chances of a Top 4 finish for 2015 against a Newcastle side that has lost 9 of their last 10.
Supercoach Studs - Matt Gillett (64) was man of the match against the Storm but will be missing for Origin next week, formerly a Supercoach keeper and worth adding to the watchlist for the run home. Jack Reed (70) again found the stripe and is now the 4th most expensive player in Supercoach…didn't see that coming but it is getting close to cash in time.
Supercoach Duds - Ben Hunt (30) and Anthony Milford (39) have been in outstanding form but were kept in check against Melbourne.
1. Jake Mamo 2. James McManus 3. Sione Mata'utia 4. Dane Gagai 5. Akuila Uate 6. Carlos Tuimavave 7. Kurt Gidley 8. Paterika Vaivai 9. Tyler Randell 10. Korbin Sims 11. Beau Scott 12. Tariq Sims 13. Robbie Rochow
Interchange: 14. Danny Levi 15. Sam Mataora 16. Joseph Tapine 17. Clint Newton
Changes from Last Round
In - Mataora, Newton Out - Snowden, Houston
Analysis - Newcastle are a long way from the team that started the season 4-0. They were in control of their match against the Sharks until they let in 3 tries in a tick over 10 minutes. Jake Mamo was a shining light and has retained his spot. Kade Snowden has been suspended for a week in a blow for their go forward.
Supercoach Studs - Kurt Gidley (85) was guilty of trying a bit too hard at times against the Sharks but remains in the #7. Robbie Rochow (66) returned with a bang and has been elevated into the starting side this week. He was a great performer earlier in the season.
Supercoach Duds - Wingers James McManus (23) and Akuila Uate (24) didn't see too much ball against the Sharks.
New Zealand Warriors v Canberra Raiders
Mt Smart Stadium - Saturday 3:00pm
1. Sam Tomkins 2. Tuimoala Lolohea 3. Konrad Hurrell 4. Solomone Kata 5. Manu Vatuvei 6. Chad Townsend 7. Shaun Johnson 8. Jacob Lillyman 9. Nathan Friend 10. Ben Matulino 11. Bodene Thompson 12. Ryan Hoffman 13. Simon Mannering
Interchange: 14. Siliva Havili 15. Raymond Faitala-Mariner 16. Charlie Gubb 17. Albert Vete
Changes from Last Round
In - Lolohea, Lilyman, Hoffman, Vete Out - Maumalo, Ikahihifo,
Analysis - The Warriors blew the Titans away last week but can they be consistent? They are usually in their element at home in Auckland and do have an excellent record against the Raiders in recent times. All eyes will be on Golden Boot winner Shaun Johnson after last week's breathtaking performance.
Supercoach Studs - Shaun Johnson (153) won and lost a lot of head to head matches last weekend, producing the highest score of the season. Bodene Thompson (68) and Simon Mannering (75) returned to their consistent best.
Supercoach Duds - Solomone Kata (32) did not get involved in the tries against the Titans but with the bye next week, he could be moved on this week. Popular rookie Ken Maumalo (14) has an ankle injury and will be out indefinitely.
1. Jack Wighton 2. Edrick Lee 3. Jarrod Croker 4. Sisa Waqa 5. Jordan Rapana 6. Blake Austin 7. Sam Williams 8. Paul Vaughan 9. Josh Hodgson 10. David Shillington 11. Josh Papalii 12. Iosia Soliola 13. Shaun Fensom
Interchange: 14. Kurt Baptiste 15. Jarrad Kennedy 16. Frank Paul Nuuausala 17. Shannon Boyd 18. Joseph Leilua
Changes from Last Round
In - Leilua (extended bench) Out - Nil
Analysis - Canberra travel to Auckland fresh off a heartbreaking 1 point loss to the Cowboys and really need to get their season back on track and fast. Mid season recruit and ex-Knight Joey Leilua has been named as 18th man and could be a late inclusion.
Supercoach Studs - Jordan Rapana (90) and Edrick Lee (59) were obviously aware of Joey Leilua's arrival both putting in strong games. Jack Wighton (82) has been up and down in the #1.
Supercoach Duds - Sam Williams (23) couldn't back up his 108 from the week before. Iosia Soliola (42) didn't quite reach his average of 60 but is still not a sell.
North Queensland Cowboys v Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks
1300SMILES Stadium - Saturday 5:30pm
1. Lachlan Coote 2. Matthew Wright 3. Justin O'Neill 4. Kane Linnett 5. Antonio Winterstein 6. Rory Kostjasyn 7. Michael Morgan 8. Matthew Scott 9. Jake Granville 10. James Tamou 11. Gavin Cooper 12. Ethan Lowe 13. Jason Taumalolo
Interchange: 14. Cameron King 15. John Asiata 16. Ben Hannant 17. Patrick Kaufusi 18. Robert Lui
Changes from Last Round
In -Morgan, Kaufusi Out - Thurston, Hoare
Analysis - The big news for the Cowboys is that captain and match winner Jonathan Thurston is being rested from this clash. The Cowboys are shooting for their 12th consecutive victory against the Sharks.
Supercoach Studs - Gavin Cooper (78) has been outstanding of late and is a good point of difference. Lachlan Coote (52) continues to make money and looks set to make more coin this week, he may even be worth keeping at this stage.
Supercoach Duds - Ethan Lowe (47) seems to be not getting the minutes or attacking stats since the return of Jason Taumalolo (46) and owner's patience may be run out.
1. Michael Gordon 2. Sosaia Feki 3. Gerard Beale 4. Ricky Leutele 5. Valentine Holmes 6. Jack Bird 7. Jeff Robson 8. Andrew Fifita 9. Michael Ennis 10. Matt Prior 11. Luke Lewis 12. Wade Graham 13. Chris Heighington
Interchange: 14. Jayson Bukuya 15. Ben Barba 16. David Fifita 17. Sam Tagataese 18. Paul Gallen
Changes from Last Round
In -Gallen (extended bench) Out - Nil
Analysis - The Sharks sprang to life part way through the second half in Newcastle, but will need to put together an 80 minute performance against the second placed Cowboys. Captain Paul Gallen has been named 18th man but is expected to get some minutes before Origin III.
Supercoach Studs - Jack Bird (134) was superb against Newcastle and can be kept for the rest of the season. Luke Lewis (95) was also instrumental in the Sharks fight back and has been on fire the last few weeks. Ben Barba (52) only played the last 30 minutes but was very dangerous.
Supercoach Duds - Jeff Robson (10) didn't have one of his best games but is not Supercoach relevant. Michael Gordon (34) is only a buy consideration in the #1 fulltime.
Parramatta Eels v St. George Illawarra Dragons
Pirtek Stadium - Saturday 7:30pm
1. Corey Norman 2. Semi Radradra 3. William Hopoate 4. Brad Takairangi 5. Ryan Morgan 6. Luke Kelly 7. Chris Sandow 22. Junior Paulo 9. Cody Nelson 10. Tim Mannah 11. David Gower 12. Tepai Moeroa 13. Danny Wicks
Interchange: 14. Darcy Lussick 15. Pauli Pauli 16. Daniel Alvaro 17. Joseph Paulo
Changes from Last Round
In - Kelly, Hopoate, Nelson, Alvaro, Joseph Paulo Out - Robinson, Folau, Peats, Watmough, Pritchard
Analysis - There are huge changes for the Eels after returning from the bye. Reese Robinson is out with a fractured cheekbone, which sees Corey Norman switch to fullback. Luke Kelly moves to five-eighth and Cody Nelson will make his debut at hooker. Anthony Watmough is also out, which sees Danny Wicks move to lock. Parramatta are yet again in the headlines for all the wrong reasons this week and a win here is desperately needed for the club.
Supercoach Studs - Semi Radradra (88) is unstoppable but is one of the most expensive outside back options at the moment. Chris Sandow (115) had another huge game in Round 14 but is a roller coaster.
Supercoach Duds - Nathan Peats (32) is due back in a few weeks but can be upgraded to Cameron Smith (if you didn't upgrade to Segeyaro last week..).
1. Josh Dugan 2. Dylan Farrell 3. Euan Aitken 4. Peter Mata'utia 5. Jason Nightingale 6. Gareth Widdop 7. Benji Marshall 8. Leeson Ah Mau 9. Mitch Rein 10. Mike Cooper 11. Tyson Frizell 12. Will Matthews 13. Ben Creagh
Interchange: 14. Jake Marketo 15. Trent Merrin 16. Jack de Belin 17. Heath L'Estrange
Changes from Last Round
In - Nil Out - Nil
Analysis - No changes for St George as they look to bounce back from their disappointing loss to the Roosters. The Dragons have lost their last 2 matches on the trot against premiership heavyweights in the Roosters and Bulldogs so will be looking to re-group and get on with it against the lowly ranked Eels.
Supercoach Studs - Gareth Widdop (64) continues his superb form and is has averaged a touch over 80 the past 3 rounds. Euan Aitken (68) is a hold through to Round 18 and should make some more cash. Tyson Frizzell (70) is a good option to stock up the backrow.
Supercoach Duds - Trent Merrin (42) is simply not worth the money, he isn't getting the minutes and is leaking cash.
Sydney Roosters v Gold Coast Titans
Central Coast Stadium - Sunday 2:00pm
1. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck 2. Daniel Tupou 3. Michael Jennings 4. Blake Ferguson 5. Shaun Kenny-Dowall 6. James Maloney 7. Mitchell Pearce 8. Dylan Napa 9. Jake Friend 10. Sam Moa 11. Boyd Cordner 12. Mitchell Aubusson 13. Isaac Liu
Interchange: 14. Jackson Hastings 15. Aidan Guerra 16. Kane Evans 17. Siosiua Taukeiaho 18. Brendan Elliott 19. Suaia Matagi
Changes from Last Round
In - Jennings, Moa Out - Elliot, Matagi
Analysis - The Roosters welcome back Michael Jennings from his very lenient club suspension, as well as hard running prop Sam Moa. Playing their home game at Central Coast Stadium in Gosford, the Roosters will be looking to continue their good form against the Dragons and will be hard to beat.
Supercoach Studs - Roger Tuivasa-Sheck (80) has been unstoppable this season and is essential if you don't have him already. James Maloney (64) is a good option for those who are looking for a replacement for Thurston this week.
Supercoach Duds - Mitch Pearce (26) had one of his quieter games and can wait until Origin is over as a possible point of difference at halfback.
1. David Mead 2. Anthony Don 3. James Roberts 4. Nene Macdonald 5. Kevin Gordon 6. Josh Hoffman 7. Daniel Mortimer 8. Luke Douglas 9. Chad Redman 10. Nate Myles 11. Ryan James 12. Dave Taylor 13. Eddy Pettybourne
Interchange: 14. Agnatius Paasi 15. Mark Ioane 16. Lachlan Burr 17. Matt Robinson 18. Matt White
Changes from Last Round
In - Myles, White (extended bench) Out - Sezer
Analysis - The Titans copped a reality check against the Warriors after sneaking into the Top 8 last round. Aidan Sezer is a huge loss but they do welcome back skipper Nate Myles. This is a huge test for the Gold Coast to demonstrate their credentials.
Supercoach Studs - Lachlan Burr (94) was a certain sell last week but then replaced Nate Myles in the starting side and put in his best score of the year. Starts on the bench here but is now a hold with his low breakeven.
Supercoach Duds - Ryan James (10) has a pretty high breakeven and is in doubt. Mid season recruit Chad Redman (30) starts at hooker this week but is a trap, with players such as Aidan Sezer, Kane Elgey, Greg Bird and Beau Falloon all due back in Round 18.
Wests Tigers v Penrith Panthers
Leichhardt Oval - Sunday 4:00pm
1. James Tedesco 2. Kevin Naiqama 3. Delouise Hoeter 4. Tim Simona 5. Pat Richards 6. Mitchell Moses 7. Luke Brooks 8. Aaron Woods 9. Robbie Farah 10. Keith Galloway 11. Kyle Lovett 12. Chris Lawrence 13. Martin Taupau
Interchange: 14. Dene Halatau 15. Matthew Lodge 16. Ava Seumanufagai 17. Sauaso Sue 18. Brenden Santi
Changes from Last Round
In - Farah, Hoeter, Sue Out - Cherrington, Nofoaluma, Santi
Analysis - The Tigers continued their inconsistent form losing to Manly last Friday night. Heading back home to Leichardt Oval they welcome back Robbie Farah who skippers the side. Delouise Hoeter replaces the injury prone David Nofoaluma who is again injured.
Supercoach Studs - Martin Taupau (72) continues to dominate in the #13 and is a great front row option. Kyle Lovett (72) has been a handy pick up over the bye rounds.
Supercoach Duds - Tim Simona (24) has yet to fire since returning from injury. Luke Brooks (19) went missing against the Sea Eagles.
1. Dallin Watene Zelezniak 2. Josh Mansour 3. Dean Whare 4. Waqa Blake 5. David Simmons 6. Jamie Soward 7. Peter Wallace 8. Regan Campbell-Gillard 9. Apisai Koroisau 10. Nigel Plum 11. Isaah Yeo 12. Bryce Cartwright 13. Elijah Taylor
Interchange: 14. Lewis Brown 15. Jeremy Latimore 16. Sam McKendry 17. Tyrone Peachey 23. Sika Manu
Changes from Last Round
In - Mansour, Koroisau, Manu (extended bench) Out - Segeyaro
Analysis - Penrith have again suffered another injury blow with hooker James Segeyaro ruled out for up to a month with a knee injury. The Panthers do however get Josh Mansour back. Penrith have now slipped out of the Top 8 and will be desperate for the win after a disappointing performance against Canterbury.
Supercoach Studs - Bryce Cartwright (127) is a weapon and an intriguing buy this weekend as Penrith has finished their byes. The question is will be play enough minutes for his price to continue rising? Josh Mansour (DNP) is a keeper, with a huge engine and could be rushed in to your side this week.
Supercoach Duds - James Segeyaro (31) is expected to be out for 4-6 weeks and even when he comes back will likely share the hooking duties with Api Koroisau (57) he is therefore a sell.
Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs v Melbourne Storm
Belmore Sports Ground - Monday 7:00pm
1. Brett Morris 2. Curtis Rona 3. Josh Morris 4. Timoteo Lafai 5. Sam Perrett 6. Moses Mbye 7. Trent Hodkinson 8. Aiden Tolman 9. Michael Lichaa 10. David Klemmer 11. Shaun Lane 12. Frank Pritchard 13. Greg Eastwood
Interchange: 14. Sam Kasiano 15. Lloyd Perrett 16. Tim Browne 17. Josh Reynolds
Changes from Last Round
In - B Morris, Hodkinson Out - Thompson
Analysis - Canterbury head back to Belmore Sports Ground for the first time since 1995 and welcome back Brett Morris who returns to fullback, pushing Sam Perrett to the wing. Josh Reynolds will start from the bench with Moses Mbye and Trent Hodkinson starting in the halves. The Dogs will be keen to get a win on such a special occasion for the club.
Supercoach Studs - Josh Morris (69) backed up his Origin form with a spirited display against the Panthers. Shaun Lane (35) makes his starting debut, replacing the suspended Josh Jackson (52) and is the best rookie buy this week.
Supercoach Duds - Tim Lafai (22) and Frank Pritchard (20) have been outstanding in recent weeks but had a quiet night against Penrith.
1. Cameron Munster 2. Mahe Fonua 3. Will Chambers 4. Kurt Mann 5. Richard Kennar 6. Blake Green 7. Ben Hampton 8. Jesse Bromwich 9. Cameron Smith 10. Tim Glasby 11. Kevin Proctor 12. Tohu Harris 13. Dale Finucane
Interchange: 14. Ryan Hinchcliffe 15. Kenneath Bromwich 16. Nelson Asofa-Solomona 17. Felise Kaufusi
Changes from Last Round
In - Nil Out - Nil
Analysis - Melbourne have made no changes to the side that went down to the Broncos by 2 points on Sunday. Cooper Cronk hasn't been named but may be a late inclusion in order to prove his fitness for Origin III.
Supercoach Studs - Cameron Smith (82) will be a popular trade this week due to James Segeyaro's injury. Cameron Munster (58) is a serious cash cow now that Billy Slater has been ruled out for the season.
Supercoach Duds - Richie Kennar (25) hasn't quite lived up to expectations on the wing but should be given a bit of time by the coach to find his feet.
