Sharks go to 'Infinity' and beyond with new sponsor

Our club is proud to announce a new partnership with Infinity Group Australia.

The partnership, which is for the remainder of the 2016 and the 2017 seasons, will see the Infinity Group logo featured on the back of the Sharks NRL playing strip beginning with the match against the Newcastle Knights at Hunter Stadium on Sunday.

Sharks Group CEO Lyall Gorman was thrilled to welcome the Infinity Group into the clubs' family and looked forward to a fruitful association for both parties.

"The Infinity Group has previous experience partnering with NRL clubs but more importantly are determined to be leaders in their field and are fully committed to providing personal service and delivering outstanding value to those they are engaged with," Gorman said. "Just like our Club Infinity are incredibly aspirational and very much focussed on becoming number one in their field.

"Equally they are driven around being the catalyst for true social impact and change and making a real difference and contribution to the people within the community.

"It is this alignment of vision, values and culture that have really brought us together and make us so excited about the potential of our partnership and what it will deliver.

"Infinity's commitment to our Club continues their great contribution  to the game of rugby league and where our Club is more than just a football club, have no doubt that Infinity are much more than just a finance company," Gorman added.

After confirming the partnership Graeme Holm, Director of Infinity Group Australia Pty Ltd, was equally enthusiastic about the future prospects for all concerned.

"Infinity Group Australia is delighted to announce that it has entered into a Commercial Agreement with the Cronulla Sutherland National Rugby League Club under which Infinity will partner with the Sharks for the remainder of the 2016 NRL season and into the 2017 NRL season, with the potential to extend our partnership even further," Mr Holm said.

"Infinity will be opening a dedicated office in Cronulla later this year and the region represents a growing portion of Infinity's customer base. Infinity is committed to investing in the local communities of its customers and we believe we share many of the Sharks values which makes us an extremely good fit.

"Added to that Infinity has a strong ongoing relationship with club Captain Paul Gallen, an association and friendship that was another factor drawing us to the Sharks.

"We are delighted to once again be supporting the NRL and look forward to a successful season for the Sharks," Holm said.
