Capital Challenge launched

NATIONAL League Two club, the London Skolars and Rugby League Ireland have teamed up to form the first Rugby League Capital Challenge. The tournament which will see a London Town side take on Dublin City will kick off on Friday July 4.

Four National Coaches announced

THE coaches for England A, Ireland, Wales and Scotland have been named for this years European Nations Cup. The European Nations Cup will see six European Rugby League sides battle it out for the honours to call themselves, European Champions.

Barrett to miss Origin I & II

ST George Illawarra Dragons' skipper Trent Barrett is almost certain to undergo ankle surgery next week. The injury which forced him from the field in last Friday's City v Country clash will see the NSW five eighth out of action for up to six weeks.
