Arrive Alive Cup - Teams for QLD Final

TEAMS for this Saturday?s Queensland final of the Arrive Alive Cup have been announced, with St Brendan?s Yeppoon and Keebra Park SHS at top strength.

The two esteemed league academies will meet before an expected large crowd at Rockhampton?s Browne Park, getting underway at 6pm.

A number of players from both schools will take up contracts with National Rugby League clubs in 2007. Most prominent is towering St Brendan's prop David Taylor, already tested at NRL level by the Brisbane Broncos.

St Brendan?s arrived at the final by beating Townsville?s Ignatius Park College 28-4, while Keebra Park defeated Palm Beach Currumbin SHS 10-0 in the other semi.

At the completion of the Arrive Alive Cup match, the Central Comets will host the Easts Tigers in Round 22 of the Wizard Cup. Easts desperately need to win to qualify for the finals.
