Australian Tri-Nations squad
announced

Wests Tigers captain Scott Prince has capped a sensational week by being named in the 23-man Australian squad for the upcoming Tri Nations Series against New Zealand and Great Britain.

Prince won the Clive Churchill medal last night but team mate John Skandalis has been overlooked despite some powerhouse displays during the semi finals. Cowboys second rower Luke O'Donnell was the only other player to be selected from the Grand Final.

Brisbane five-eighth Darren Lockyer retained the captaincy ahead of Newcastle's Andrew Johns. St George Illawarra prop Luke Bailey (ear), Brisbane utility Justin Hodges (leg) and Newcastle forward Steve Simpson (personal) were not considered for selection.
