Bartercard Cup - Major Semi final

The Mount Albert Lions eliminated the Eastern Tornadoes 42-20 last weekend in the minor semi-final in Auckland to now face Marist-Richmond in the preliminary final.

The Canterbury Bulls defeated Marist Richmond Brothers 40-18 down in Christchurch to head them straight into the 2003 grand final whereas Marist get their last life in the competition up against the Lions this Saturday night in what will be a great curtain raiser before the Warriors last home game against the Tigers.
