Benji Marshall ruled out until Round 9

Scans today have confirmed Wests Tigers five-eighth Benji Marshall has sustained a toe ligament injury in his right commonly known as turf toe.

At this stage, Benji will remain in a boot for another two weeks and is expected to return in round 9 for the Wests Tigers clash against Cronulla at Allianz Stadium.

Ed's Note: Benji Marshall sustained the injury in the Wests Tigers 26-12 loss to the Melbourne Storm on Monday Night at AAMI Park. The injury will see a restructure to the side with Braith Anasta keeping his 7 jersey. It's possible James Tedesco will shift from wing to fullback to allow Tim Moltzen to play in the halves role. The side will be confirmed an hour before kick off on Sunday
