Blues face up to 4 changes

New South Wales selectors have named an unchanged side for the second State of Origin game but could lose up to four players before then through injury and suspension.

NSW coach Phil Gould says the Blues have injury concerns over Craig Fitzgibbon, Jamie Lyon and Jason Ryles while prop Josh Perry is likely to be charged today by the NRL judiciary.

Gould and the selectors have drawn up a shortlist of seven shadow players and are likely to meet again on Wednesday to reassess where they stand. Fitzgibbon, who has a suspected fractured eye socket, is the most serious concern.

Ryles has a shoulder concern and Lyon has a hamstring injury.
