Bull's Eye

In Bulls Eye this week, Brian Noble and skipper Robbie Paul look ahead to Sunday's Tetley's Super League Round 3 clash at the McAlpine when the Bulls take on the Giants. BRIAN NOBLE

HAS THE WEEK OFF DONE YOU SOME GOOD?

Well it?s done the injured people some good. It doesn?t necessarily mean they will play but we haven?t been under pressure to get everyone on the field. The one who have been training have been great and have been very intense and we had a few more at practice today, so hopefully I will be able to name a team after training tomorrow.

I have been very impressed with Huddersfield. They have a 100% start to the season and they will be well up for the game at the McAlpine. They look strong and are playing with a lot of enthusiasm and we have to raise our game.

I thought we went very well in the second half the last time we were out, at Wakefield and I?d like to think we can play like that for eighty minutes but the reality is the opposition have a big say in that but I thought we took some steps in the right direction, after the St Helens game and restored a bit of confidence.

ROBBIE PAUL IS BACK THIS WEEK AND HE HAS BEEN MISSING A LONG TIME

People tend to forget about players who are missing but thankfully we don?t here!! Robbie is a World Class player and despite the fact we have been successful without him we have missed him. He is an integral part of what we do here and I am delighted to have him back in the team.

ROBBIE PAUL

YOU MUST BE DELIGHTED TO BE BACK

It?s great! Although I have kept my spirits up it has been a very frustrating time in my career and certainly my lowest. I have kept a positive outlook because I didn?t want any negative vibes around the place. I suppose at the back of my mind that I might not get over it but I am a very positive person and it didn?t last long. I am a naturally fit person so I am coming back from a strong base but obviously my match fitness will take a few weeks to get back but I am mentally very prepared.
