Buttriss to start for Raiders against Broncos

Canberra Raiders hooker Glen Buttriss will start the game for the Green Machine this Friday night, with Raiders Co-Captain Alan Tongue ruled out for two weeks with a calf injury.
 
Tongue's replacement in the Raiders seventeen comes in the form of Raiders forward Trevor Thurling who moves onto the bench, after missing last weeks win against the Cowboys with a slight neck injury.
 
Raiders Coach David Furner has once again named an extended bench for the match against the Broncos, with Travis Waddell and Troy Thompson named in 18 and 19 respectively.
 
Furner said he would decide on a final make-up of his team later in the week, after the team had some time on the training paddock.
