Caine returns to the Tigers

Former Wests Tigers utility Joel Caine has agreed to terms with Balmain Tigers on a one year incentive based contract.

Caine played 75 games for the Wests Tigers before moving to Salford towards the end of the 2003 season.

Balmain Premier League coach Jody Rudd said Caine has plenty to offer after returning home from a stint with Salford in England.

''We believe Joel still has the skills to certainly make a good account of himself again in the NRL,'' Rudd said.

''Joel certainly has got the experience to put pressure on the top players in the Wests Tigers squad.''
