Phins fly past sluggish Eels

North Queensland coach Graham Murray has re-signed with the National Rugby League club until the end of 2006, further strengthening the Cowboys' hopes of being a genuine premiership contender.
The news is a shot in the arm for the Cowboys, who have enticed Bulldogs ball playing lock Travis Norton to the club and last week re-signed captain Paul Bowman to a three-year deal.
Former Sydney Roosters mentor Murray has turned the Cowboys into a competitive outfit that can beat any team on its day. That includes the New Zealand Warriors, who were thrashed 30-10 in Townsville on Saturday night.
