THE STORY:
The Comets go looking for their first win outside Central Queensland in almost two years. Coincidentally the last team they beat in the South East corner was Redcliffe, a 38-22 upset in Round 9, 2004.

Redcliffe needs one win for 170 victories in the Queensland Wizard Cup. They are well ahead of nearest rivals Burleigh, sitting on 145 Cup wins.

Local school teacher and two-time Sunstate Player of the Year Michael Roberts is closing on Aaron Barba?s Wizard Cup record of 61 tries for the Dolphins. He needs two to equal the mark.
