Dragons forced to move round 17
match against Brisbane

St George Illawarra has been forced to move its round 17 National Rugby League game against Brisbane to Wollongong's WIN Stadium after free-to-air network Channel Nine chose it as its Friday night match.

The game was originally scheduled for Sydney's Oki Jubilee Stadium where the lighting is not up to standard.

St George Illawarra chief executive Peter Doust says the club has made it clear its preference is to play day games in Sydney. The Dragons have moved their round 25 game against Newcastle, previously scheduled for WIN Stadium, to their Sydney home.
