The Dragons will give captain Trent Barrett and Lance Thompson until the eve of their clash with the Roosters to determine their fitness for Friday night's game at Aussie Stadium.
Barrett, who dislocated his shoulder against the Broncos on Friday night, was rested today and will be re-assessed upon return to training tomorrow.
Thompson has not played since injuring his ankle in Rabbitohs match just over two weeks ago and is progressing well.
Nathan Long has been cleared to play this week. He has not played since round one because of a knee injury.
Ashton Sims (knee) and John Carlaw (abdominal strain) are expected back next week.
