The St George Illawarra Dragons have today announced that second-rower Will Matthews has agreed to terms a one-year contract extension that will see him remain at the Club until at least the end of 2014.
The Kyogle Turkeys junior has played ten first-grade games for the Red V since his arrival from the Gold Coast Titans in 2012 and has played 43 NRL games in total to date.
Matthews, 25, has been a key part of the Illawarra Cutters in the NSW Cup this season and was this year rewarded with selection to the NSW Cup Representative Team.
