Eels regain that winning feeling over Cowboys

The Pirtek Parramatta Eels have rediscovered their attack, scoring 36 points in their Monday night match against the Cowboys, finishing as 36-24 winners at Parramatta Stadium.

The Eels started the game in all too familiar fashion, unable to turn attacking opportunities into points. Ball handling by both sides was atrocious but neither backed down from throwing the ball around.

However justice was served when Carl Webb dropped the ball from the kick-off. Deep in the Cowboys' half the Eels finally broke the line through Jeff Robson who demonstrated an impressive step to score. Luke Burt converted to bring up another milestone - his 500th career goal.
