Green to coach Queensland Residents
Premiership-winning Wynnum Manly Seagulls coach Paul Green has been appointed to guide the 2012 Queensland Residents team.
The Residents side, convincing 32-6 winners over the New South Wales Cup representative outfit earlier this year, will play the curtain-raiser to Game Three of the Harvey Norman State of Origin series at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium on July 4.
Following his success in the Intrust Super Cup, Green takes over the reins from Kevin Carmichael, who will next year coach the Queensland Under 18 side.
Mackay Cutters coach Anthony Seibold has been placed in charge of the Queensland Under 16 team.
Beth Harlow is the new coach of the all-conquering Queensland Women's side which plays NSW in Mudgee in April.
A former development officer in Brisbane, Harlow is no stranger to the representative scene and this year coached the Barbarians at the State Championships.
The Maroons Under 18 coach will be Brad Henderson from the Sunshine Coast Sea Eagles, while Dean Payne will coach the Maroons Under 16s. Both teams will play against NSW Country in Toowoomba in July.
