Guttenbeil returns to NZ Warriors'
line-up

Back-rower Awen Guttenbeil will return from a rib cartilage injury to lead the Vodafone Warriors in their Round 8 clash against the Melbourne Storm at Ericsson Stadium this Sunday. Guttenbeil has been cleared by the club?s medical staff after missing the side?s previous match against the Bulldogs.

In other changes to the line-up from Round 6 in Wellington, Vinnie Anderson returns to the starting side, which sees the successful centre pairing from the Kiwis victory against the Kangaroos last October re-united. Vinnie Anderson?s inclusion has resulted in utility back Tony Martin shifting to the left wing.

Both Mark Tookey and Iafeta Paleaaesina have been named on a five-man bench by Head Coach Daniel Anderson. ?Mark and Iafeta have been the stand out props from the first two rounds of the Bartercard Cup, and it is this form which has seen them press their claims for selection against the Storm,? Anderson said.

The team for this Sunday?s game against the Melbourne Storm, with kick-off at 2:00pm at Ericsson Stadium is:

1. Brent Webb 2. Francis Meli 3. Vinnie Anderson 4. Clinton Toopi 5. Tony Martin 6. Thomas Leuluai 7. Stacey Jones 8. Jerry Seuseu 9. Tevita Latu 10. Richard Villasanti 11. Epalahame Lauaki 12. Awen Guttenbeil (Captain) 13. Sione Faumuina 14. Wairangi Koopu 15. Mark Tookey 16. Louis Anderson 17. Karl Temata 18. Iafeta Paleaaesina

In further club news, Sione Faumuina will play his 50th NRL match this weekend, having previously had a stint with the Canberra Raiders.
