Henderson, who still had 18 months to run on his existing contract, has agreed to a new three-year extension which will see him remain in Titans colours for the next four seasons.
The 24-year-old, who hails from Griffith in NSW, has worked tirelessly to make a successful return from a broken leg suffered late last season and has played five NRL games since making his comeback in June this year.
Jetstar Titans managing director Michael Searle said Henderson was viewed as a potential future leader at the club.
