Hodgson out
with broken hand

Wests Tigers captain Brett Hodgson is expected to be out for three weeks after scans today confirmed he broke his hand in his side's 42-16 NRL win over Cronulla on Sunday.

Hodgson, who suffered the injury 10 minutes from fulltime, underwent surgery today and is expected to make his return in round 10 against Newcastle. The Tigers have yet to name a replacement skipper, although halfback Scott Prince is tipped to take over the role.
