Holden Cup Results - 2013 Round 1

A brief summary of results from Round 1 of the 2013 Holden Cup Under 20's National Youth Competition.

Reigning premiers the Wests Tigers started strongly with a win over the Newcastle Knights on Monday evening, while fellow Grand Finalists from 2012, the Canberra Raiders, were dominated by a promising Penrith Panthers side. The Parramatta Eels produced a stunning first-up big win over the New Zealand Warriors on Saturday.
