Improved Attacking Performance For
Bears Flegg Against The Knights

The Bears Jersey Flegg team recorded their highest points score of any match on Saturday achieving 5 tries to score 28 points.

The tries were as entertaining as they come. Reece Watson had an outstanding game running and grubber kicking through the Knights defence to produce two tries scored by himself and Tim Woodbine. While Oliver Saunders running cross field and Tyson Muscat barging through the Knights line produced 2 more tries.

Danny Chiha, Jessie Mileto and Tim Woodbine also worked themselves hard in attack. However in the end Newcastle matched and over took the Bears in attack - the final score 57-28. (pictured Luke Hemsworth)

Newcastle 57 (M Steel 4, L Abel 2, S Wooden, A Hartmann, L Walsh, T Natusch tries L Walsh 8 goals, field goal) defeated North Sydney 28 (R Watson 3, J Bennett, L Hemsworth tries R Watson 4 goals)

The Flegg boys take on the Sharks at Toyota Park this Saturday as the curtain raiser to the Sharks verses the Storm first grade match.
