St George Illawarra Dragons announced today that they will defend the case against Jason Ryles on Wednesday night at the judiciary. Mr Alan Sullivan QC will represent Jason.
The Dragons Chief Executive Officer Peter Doust said today "The Dragons have been prepared in recent times to accept charges, but in this case believe that the circumstances are different."
Doust added "However there will be no comments made on the basis of the not guilty plea".
Jason Ryles was placed on report and later charged with a grade four careless high tackle following an incident in last Sunday's match against the Eagles at Brookvale Oval.
