Queensland lock Dallas Johnson won't know until later this week if he is fit to play in the third State of Origin match in Brisbane next week.
The Melbourne forward has sustained minor lateral ligament damage to his right knee in yesterday's victory over the St George-Illawarra Dragons at Olympic Park. Storm physiotherapist Mary Toomey says the injury isn't as bad as first feared but the full extent won't be known until later in the week.
Johnson was one of Queensland's best players in the series-clinching Game II victory and is expected to be named in the side selected tomorrow.
