New Zealand Warriors captain Stacey Jones preserved his unblemished record at the National Rugby League judiciary.
Regardless of the outcome, Jones would not have been suspended but his successful fight against a grade one careless high tackle on Wests Tigers lock Troy Wozniak was a moral victory ahead of the Warriors' home game against South Sydney at Ericsson Stadium on Sunday.
The judiciary took little over ten minutes to come to their decision.
