Judiciary news - Kidwell, Howland,
Minichiello, Timmins & Costigan

Melbourne Storm forward David Kidwell will decide today whether to fight a grapple tackle charge, facing a one-match ban for head-neck contact on Penrith prop Joel Clinton. He can escape suspension with an early guilty plea and so can Penrith utility back Brett Howland for a grade one dangerous throw.

Roosters fullback Anthony Minichiello will avoid suspension for a grade one careless high tackle even if he decides to fight the charge and loses.

But early pleas mean nothing for St George Illawarra lock Shaun Timmins - facing one match for grade one tripping - and Brisbane backrower Neville Costigan, two matches for a grade one dangerous throw.
