Kangaroos & Pm's XII Squad
The Australian Rugby League has today added eight players from the Newcastle Knights and North Queensland Cowboys to the combined Prime Ministers XIII and VB Kangaroos train-on squad.
Petero Civoniceva, Jarryd Hayne, Ashley Harrison and Jamal Idris have all been removed from the squad after being ruled out through injury.
The Prime Ministers XIII side will play the Kumuls in Lae, Papua New Guinea, on Sunday, September 25, with the touring team to be selected from this current squad.
The VB Kangaroos squad for the end-of-season Test against New Zealand in Newcastle on October 16 and for the Four Nations tournament starting later that month will be announced on October 3.
This updated train-on squad will assemble in Sydney on Thursday, September 15, for a training session at Redfern Oval with the session beginning at 10am.
