Munster makes his mark on a night Melbourne won’t forget

Former New Zealand Test forward Stephen Kearney, sent off for the first time in his career in his last match for Hull, will have to serve a two-match ban if he resumes his career in Australia.
Thirty-three-year-old Kearney was shown the red card just six minutes into Hull?s 71-0 defeat by Bradford in last Saturday?s Super League elimination semi-final at Odsal.
On Tuesday night he was found guilty by the rugby league?s disciplinary committee of a careless high tackle and, in addition to being suspended, was fined ?300.
Kearney, who decided not to take up the option of a second year with Hull, is expected to join the backroom staff at his old club Melbourne Storm.
