Kiwis going for back-to-back titles

New Zealand coach Brian McClennan says winning back-to-back Tri-Nations rugby league titles would rank among the country's all-time greatest sporting achievements.

The Kiwis thrashed the Kangaroos 24-0 in last year's final but will go into Saturday's decider at Aussie Stadium as underdogs after losing their last three Tests against Australia. McClennan believes his side is starting to peak at the right time in the competition.

And he says winning the tournament again would provide another massive boost for rugby league in New Zealand.
