Newcastle Knights and Newcastle Jets players will join the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal 'drive in and drop off' donation collection this Sunday 29th May at Ausgrid Stadium between 11am and 12pm.
Knights players Adam MacDougall, Evarn Tuimavave and Junior Sau, along with Sam Galloway & Kasey Wehrman from the Newcastle Jets, will be in attendance on Sunday to show their support for this important cause.
Thousands of volunteers from the Salvation Army will be doorknocking throughout Newcastle on Saturday and Sunday to raise money for disadvantaged people living in the Hunter Region. Knights fans attending Saturday's home clash against the Eels can also make a bucket donation prior to the game at Ausgrid Stadium.
