Cowboys: Glen Morrison out, Luke O'Donnell in and Nathan Fien onto the bench.

Broncos: Dane Carlaw out, Brad Meyers in and Sam Thaiday onto the bench.

Warriors: Seu Seu out, Mark Tookey in.

Dragons: Ashton Sims out of 5 man bench,Lance Thompson to start and Henry Perenara to the bench
