Queen's Park Rangers' Loftus Road home will stage the opening British match of the Tri-Nations series when Australia face New Zealand on 23 October. It has previously hosted an Australian soccer international, which was a factor in choosing the venue.
"It has proved a popular venue with Antipodean fans in London," said the Rugby Football League's Gary Tasker.
The tournament starts the previous week in Australia, before the action moves to Britain.
The venues for the other matches in the tournament, including the final, likely to be on 27 November, will be revealed next week.
"Rangers are forging a strong and lasting relationship with the Antipodean community in London," Rangers' chief executive David Davies told the club website.
"We are looking forward to hosting a major international event on the Rugby Football League calendar."
