Marshall to visit
specialist

Wests Tigers five-eighth Benji Marshall will visit a specialist today to determine whether he will play again this season.

Marshall dislocated his shoulder in the closing minutes of Friday night's loss to North Queensland, but has been unable to see a specialist until today. If he can avoid surgery until the end of the season, the Kiwi international will be sidelined for between six to eight weeks, while immediate surgery will end his season.

Marshall has already undergone operations on both his shoulders, including a reconstruction after last year's grand final victory which ruled him out of New Zealand's triumphant Tri-Nations campaign.
