Mateo to lead Tonga against Kiwis

Tonga have named their team for tomorrow's one-off test against the Kiwis in Rotorua.

Parramatta's Feleti Mateo will lead the team. He played against the Kiwis in last year's equivalent contest, a build-up match before the Rugby League World Cup.

The match serves as a build-up for Tonga's bid in the forthcoming Pacific Cup in Papua New Guinea. The winner of that tournament will join the Kiwis, Kangaroos and England in the 2010 Four Nations in Australasia.

Tonga's team also includes Warrior Ukuma Ta'ai, former Warriors back rower and 2006-07 Kiwi Epalahame Lauaki and Newcastle second rower Richard Fa'aoso. Ta'ai will become a double international after previously representing Tonga in rugby.
