We are now well and truly into the business end of the season, with the cream of the 2005 season rising to the top and leaving just 4 teams to battle it out for the right to play in the NRL Grand Final. The Dragons have enjoyed a week off, giving them vital extra time to get over some niggling injuries and prepare mentally for the 2 weeks left of the season. The first assignment facing the Dragons is the Wests Tigers this Saturday night at the SFS. For a team that most bookies wrote off as a premiership chance at the start of the season, Tim Sheen's cubs have played well above themselves to have made the top 4 and now be in the preliminary final. Will they be able to match the physical presence and sheer class of a Dragons team full of representative players, especially in front what is certain to be a majority Red and White crowd? The Dragons will need to be fired up and play to their full potential to take the points this week and advance to the Grand Final next week...........
Crown Casino will be screening both games this weekend, once again in SteakOut on level 1. Details are as follows:
WHAT: Dragons v Tigers WHEN: Saturday 24th September, 7:30pm WHERE: SteakOut Sports Bar and Restaurant, Level 1, Crown Casino
WHAT: Eels v Cowboys WHEN: Sunday 25th September, 3:30pm WHERE: SteakOut Sports Bar and Restaurant, Level 1, Crown Casino
