Great Britain forward Adrian Morley will face a Disciplinary Committee on Monday following his sending-off in the Think! Road Safety First Test defeat to Australia on Saturday. The Sydney Roosters star was dismissed by referee Steve Ganson following the first tackle of the game, when he caught Robbie Kearns high.
He was sent off following the intervention of touch judge Steve Wright, and will now face an independent panel on Monday evening.
The panel will consist of one Rugby Football League representative, one Australian Rugby League representative and an independent member of the RFL's Disciplinary Committee.
No other incidents from the game have been referred, following a special meeting shortly after Australia's 22-18 win.
