New look Raiders due to injury woe

The Canberra Raiders have lost another player to injury ahead of the round 23 clash with the South Sydney Rabbitoh's with Dane Tilse ruled out for up to four weeks with a quad injury.

Tilse's omission from the team compounds the Raiders injury woes, after Glen Buttriss was ruled out for the season earlier in the week with a torn pectoral muscle.

This now means the Raiders are missing nine of their first grade squad to injury and has forced a reshuffle of the team for the match against South Sydney.

Danny Galea moves back into the starting side for the match as does Bronson Harrison who is returning from a shoulder injury, with Sam Mataora and Josh Papalii shifting to the bench.

Reece Robinson is back in the side for the Raiders on the wing, with Daniel Vidot out of the side on compassionate leave.

Raiders Coach David Furner said the injury situation is not ideal for the club and once again the side has been forced to make changes.
