Newtown Jets this weekend

Saturday, 31st March, 2007 NSWRL VB Premier League - Round 3. Newtown v Penrith Henson Park Kick-Off: 3.00pm

The Jets are coming off a strong win over in scenic Auckland and now return to the more prosaic surrounds of Henson Park.

The Panthers gave Newtown a real fright in the qualifying semi-final at Henson Park last September and this year they are reinforced by outstanding youngsters from their 2006 Jersey Flegg premiership-winning team.

Please note that with the end of Daylight Saving all Saturday afternoon VB Premier League matches at Henson Park now revert to the standard 3.00pm kick-off time.
