GAVIN Cooper will continue to deputise for injured centre Willie Tonga when the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys play the Canberra Raiders in Canberra on Sunday afternoon.
The versatile Cooper impressed coach Neil Henry with his display in the backline against the Roosters on Saturday night and will once again play on the left-hand side of the North Queensland attack, alongside co-captain Johnathan Thurston.
Henry today named an unchanged team to face the Raiders, who have won their last two matches.
The Cowboys sit in fourth place on the NRL after winning six of their past seven outings, including a 20-6 success against the Roosters.
