NRL Round 6 Preview - Tigers v Bulldogs

Wests Tigers v Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs
Sydney Football Stadium, Friday 16 April 2010, kickoff 7:35pm

The Tigers defence has been astonishing at times so far this year. Not renowned for this type of discipline and commitment, it's been the reason for their 3 game winning streak which has included recent victories away at Canberra and North Queensland. Impressive. Will this continue without Galloway, Payten and Tim Moltzen? Indeed it will against an under pressure Bulldogs outfit struggling with their go-forward.

At the SFS on Friday night, expect to see the Tigers dominate the ruck with Robbie Farah weaving his magic against a Canterbury side still trying to find intensity and inner 'mongrel'. This is exactly what they are missing. Win or lose, the Dogs haven't looked angry this year. Finally, Chris Lawrence had a field day last week against the Cowboys and will face Jamal Idris this week in a battle of future superstars. Can't wait.

Man of the Match Prediction: Robbie Farah
Tip: Tigers 32-16
