NSW Wheelchair Rugby League (NSWWRL) is holding an Opening Ceremony to the Athlete Development Camp on 3 December, at Sydney Academy of Sport, Wakehurst Parkway Narrabeen.

The Minister for Disability Services the Hon. Andrew Constance will be opening the inaugural NSWWRL Athlete Development Clinic in front of an expected crowd of 80 people. The NSWWRL encourages the rights and wellbeing of people with a disability with the assistance of the Rugby League Community. This Athlete Development Clnic is an intense Rugby League skill, conditioning, and education development program specifically designed to improve all aspects of their game. By the end of the sessions athletes will be equipped with simple, effective drills and exercises and the knowledge to continually improve your skills and maximise their ability.

Past and present NRL players and coaches will participate, bringing together individuals, businesses, community organisations, and government groups to celebrate and acknowledge the contributions, skills and achievements of people with disabilities.
