Petero Comes Home To The Broncos

One of the Broncos' favourite sons will return home later this year when Petero Civoniceva rejoins the Brisbane family for one final season.

It was confirmed today that Civoniceva had secured a release from his contract at the Penrith Panthers.

Subsequently, the Broncos have offered the Origin and Test tyro a contract for the 2012 NRL season at the club where he made his name.

Civoniceva will relocate his wife Bonnie and four children back to the Queensland capital when his commitments with the Panthers finish at the end of the 2011 season.
