Preview: Castleford v Wakefield (R22)

Wakefield Wilcats will attempt to rescue themselves from last place and relegation when they take on Castleford Tigers on Saturday night.

New Wakefield coach John Kear will be hoping for an inspired performance from his side as they battle to secure their future and catch up to nearest relegation rivals Wigan, who have moved two points ahead of the drop.

Castleford will be without half-back Danny Brough who was given a two match ban for dissent, however prop Danny Sculthorpe will be free to play after also being sent off last game but escaping with a fine.

Wakefield will be without new signing Tevita Latu who returned to Australia to fulfil community service commitments without playing a game in Wildcats colours.
