Queensland Cup on ABC2 digital!

Rugby League viewers from all over Australia now have the opportunity to watch the Queensland Wizard Cup.

The Cup was previously restricted to Queensland viewers who could watch the game on the ABC live every Saturday or those that had Fox Sports.

Recently, the competition was launched on the new ABC2 Digital, screened across Australia usually in the 11.15pm timeslot every Thursday.

ABC2 is a digital-only service, which means you need a special decoder to watch it free-to-air or you need to subscribe to a Pay TV service offering the channel as part of their basic tier. These services include Foxtel, Austar, TransACT and Neighbourhood Cable.

If you want to watch it free-to-air and already own a digital decoder, simply go to channel 21. If it doesn?t immediately recognise 21, you may need to re-scan (re-tune).

If you don?t own a digital decoder, you can either buy a ?set top box? which can be used with your existing TV or you can buy an integrated digital TV, which has the decoder inbuilt.

ABC2 is the latest of these new services and you can find it on channel 21 on free-to-air, on channel 126 on Foxtel and Austar, channel 22 on TransACT in Canberra and channel 20 on Neighbourhood Cable in Victoria.
