Raiders rattle Knights in Rivalry round.

The Newcastle Knights had no answers this afternoon in Canberra as the Raiders ran rampant, scoring 9 tries to 3, to defeat the Knights by 52-18 in front of a very happy home crowd.

With Shillington setting up his first ever try assist in the 3rd minute of the match, the tone was set for the rest of the afternoon.

The scoreline of 40-0 at halftime certainly reflective of just how damaging the Raiders attack can be when everything click.

The third try in the match to Dugan just after the break, had things looking as though the 2nd half would be a carry on of the first half.

To their credit the Knights fought back and managed to scores three tries after halftime.

But take nothing away from the Raiders today, they deserve all the credit going their way. At the back end of the season, they have shown they will be definite movers on the competition ladder.
